The Archaeology Department is in the process of creating an annotated bibliography for approximately 1100 archaeology reports which will be available on the agency's web site. The project involves reading the technical reports, which greatly range in length and complexity, and then summarizing the content of each in a few sentences using accessible language.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate has strong writing skills and is very interested in urban archaeology and New York City history and will be available one day a week for six months beginning in September.

Work-study eligible preferred.

Hours: A minimum of 7 hours per week is requested.
