Job Description:

The internship emphasizes the operation of a historic site with an active volunteer program. The site consists of a house museum and provides guided tours to the visiting public. General duties will be providing interpretive programs and staffing the museum as well as work on individual projects as well.

Job Qualifications:

History, Museology, Recreation, Anthropology, Historic Preservation majors. Graduate students preferred but not necessary. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Proven people skills. Interest in California history desired. Must be able to walk long distances.
