Historic Preservation Project Manager, Term Position, Timberline Campus, Leadville  Under the direction of the Historic Preservation Program Director, this grant funded position will plan, allocate and manage Historic Preservation projects. The HP Project Manager will be responsible for regular communication with project clients including federal, state, local and other organizations; oversee field, shop staff and student interns; risk management and health and safety compliance; data management; budgeting; as well seeking new projects; as well as provide input into the CMC Historical Preservation Program curriculum design and participate in national and international preservation trades education forums. Functional Responsibilities include: Hayden Ranch caretaker; documentation of all projects for Historic Preservation archive; maintain vintage machine and hand tool collections; provide experiential learning for students and interns; project management including pricing and budgeting. Requirements: Associates Degree with a minimum of one master level historic preservation skill. The successful Candidate will have a valid drivers license.
