Environmental firm seeking candidate to fill Cultural Resources Support position at the National Guard Bureau in Arlington , VA. Candidate must have demonstrated experience with state and federal cultural resource requirements such as Section 106, and will be responsible for managing historic properties and natural and cultural resources grant programs. Candidate will provide technical guidance to Cultural Resource Managers throughout the country. Position responsibilities include development and implementation of cultural resource management plans, budgets and reporting; preparation and presentation of cultural resources information at various conferences; preparation and review of cultural resources guidance.

Must have strong written communication skills and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience in database environments preferred. Knowledge of federal and state cultural resource laws and regulations also required. Working knowledge and experience with US Army is a plus. Degree in Historic Preservation, Archeology, Anthropology, or related cultural resources management field with two to five years experience preferred. Duties require some travel within the US . Must be a US citizen and able to pass a security background check. We are an EOE.
