Rehab Specialist is a member of our HomeOwnership Center team involved in the Center's Rehab Loan Fund. This position is responsible for providing construction/project management in Washington, Lamoille, and Orange counties. The Rehab Specialist will assist with the rehabilitation process of owner-occupied homes receiving assistance through CVCLT's Revolving Loan Fund. Strong communication skills, a minimum of five years experience in the construction field. Ideal candidate will have experience in cost estimating, historic preservation, construction management, and ability to evaluate buildings and develop repair options.

Position requires a valid license with clean driving record and a dependable vehicle. Full-time positions based on a 37.5 hour work week - wage dependent on experience with generous benefits.
