JOB SUMMARY:

This is a supervisory position in the Environmental Planning Division within the Environmental Directorate at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Headquarters. The incumbent will directly supervise a multi-disciplinary staff under NSPS guidelines and requirements and is responsible for providing direction and policy to the NAVFAC Cultural Resources Community to ensure that there is a consistent approach to providing quality Cultural Resources products to facilitate client requirements and meet their expectations. The incumbent will develop the program and implement cultural resources policy and procedures for CNIC and NAVFAC, and when supporting OASN (I&E) for all Navy facilities, to ensure full, effective and efficient compliance with cultural resources laws and regulations in the context of the military mission.
