The Preservation Grants Administrator (Grants Contracts Coordinator) is responsible for fiscal management of the use and distribution of state and federal funding by the Montana State Historic Preservation Office. Experience and abilities in financial management and fiscal responsibility required, preferably including the management of grant-assisted program operating and personnel budgets in the $500,000 to 1 million dollar range. Candidates with historic preservation backgrounds and demonstrated strong fiscal skills and abilities will be considered. This is a 0.75 FTE (30 hrs/wk) position.
