Architectural Historian II Responsible for all aspects of fieldwork, report preparation and content, National Register Evaluation recommendations, and prepares Section 106, Section 4(f) and NEPA documentation. Ensures that all project personnel have sufficient experience to perform assigned duties. Supervises, coordinates and reviews the work of field supervisors and crew chiefs. Lead coordination with Office of Historic Preservation and other government agencies. Management, of historic resource projects, phases and tasks including client interaction and supervision of subconsultants. Responsible for business development for designated clients, prepares proposals, estimates and contracts. Must be flexible, proactive and committed to client development. Minimum Requirements:Masters Degree in Historic Preservation or related field and 2 years of experience required. Prefer 7 years of relevant experience. Experience must include a strong NEPA and Cultural Resources background. Must have ability to quickly develop working knowledge of project financial management software (BST preferred). Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks. Must be able to convey information clearly and effectively through verbal and written communications; reviews and edits written work constructively. Professional Archaeology Registration required. H1B sponsorship not available at this time.
