Main Street Blytheville is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Executive Director.

The Executive Director will be responsible for developing a long-term sustainable program based on the Main Street four-point approach. General duties and work may include volunteer training and management, encouraging building and other design improvements, implementing and coordinating retail promotions and special events and improving the overall downtown economic climate through business development and recruitment.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have specific skills, education and experience in one or more of the following areas: non-profit management, historic preservation, economic development, marketing, public administration, urban planning or related field. Applicants should be self-starters with good people and communication skills. Salary depends on individual's qualifications and experience.
