Description: The Conservator/Project Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the smooth, successful and profitable progress of each of our projects in any phase, from start-up through completion.
Mission: To coordinate and manage in-house staff and/or subcontracted firms while maintaining the highest quality of work possible and the most efficient use of resources needed to complete the project within the allotted schedule and budget.

• daily report forms

• attend weekly job meetings
? Treatment implementation
• perform and direct masonry/stone cleaning, repairs and consolidation treatments
• perform and direct treatments on metal sculptures and industrial artifacts
• perform and direct other conservation work
? Documentation
• photographic documentation as per specifications—work with project assistant
• write treatment reports
• prepare final report–work with project assistant
? Contribute to the development of the company
• foster client relationships and ensure they are confident in our work
• assist in preparation of proposals and marketing materials
• research, write, and present papers in professional conferences and journals
? Studio/Office Organization and Archives
• Maintain image files and back-ups
• Upkeep of project files, reports and binders
• Maintain libraries
• Perform other duties as needed
