We are currently seeking one (1) qualified candidate for our preservation/exterior envelope group:

Senior Architect/Project Manager

Applicant shall be a senior architect/project manager or with 8-10 years experience in overseeing complex preservation and building envelope projects in the tri-state region. Applicants must be able to lead projects, communicate with clients, be extremely well versed in assembling construction documents, and undertake marketing endeavors. Applicant will oversee projects from proposal writing through design through completion. Applicants must have specific experience with façade investigations, research, report writing, masonry conservation, waterproofing, construction documents preparation, and construction administration/observation. A professional license, advanced degree in preservation, and NYC scaffolding certification are all a plus. All applicants must be proficient at AutoCAD although Revit Architecture 2009 experience is preferred.
