Currently this is a part-time 20 hour per week position. Minimum requirements are an undergraduate degree, excellent people and communication skills, and computer experience (MS Office, e-newsletter programs, etc.). Reports to 15-member board, and coordinates weekly with the board President. Works with Main Street committees to accomplish work plan and grant requirements, works with Treasurer on financial coordination, maintains a good relationship with the Town administration, and works with businesses in historic downtown project area. Coordinates with other organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and our merchants association. Helping with fundraising and membership activities is important to the potential of full-time employment. Works with Board on Annual Recertification. Attends quarterly training sessions for Main Street Managers sponsored by the Tennessee Main Street program and represents the Dandridge Community Trust
