Busy planning firm seeks summer intern to assist with Section 106 filings with NY and NJ SHPOs and NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Assist in the preparation of materials for telecommunications projects including map creation, correspondence, photographing project sites as well as various other duties. Potential opportunity to assist on environmental assessment filings. You will gain experience working with the Section 106 process and working with federal, state and local governments.

Skills required:

Understanding of graphics software (Illustrator and Corel Draw)

Ability to read construction plans and elevations

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
