Building Restoration Group Leader with 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in building envelope restoration and repair. Ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of and enthusiasm for building restoration and be competent to supervise and mentor intermediate and entry level staff. Responsibilities will include project management and administration, client development and interaction, proposal preparation, technical oversight of designers and inspectors, site investigations (including swing stage scaffold inspections), development of construction drawings and specifications, and participation in professional organizations. Candidate will have access to in-house structural and restoration engineering expertise and support staff. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, verbal and written communication abilities, and interpersonal skills required. Architecture or Professional Engineering registration required.
