Description: Shenandoah Restorations is seeking a preservationist-minded person to assist in the restoration of old buildings in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Will be trained to perform multiple trades and potentially lead projects. .

Duties: Assist in the restoration of all aspects of historic structures and outbuildings, including but not limited to: rough and fine carpentry, masonry, plaster repair, painting, and cabinetry. Hard work should be expected.

Qualifications:

Interest in historic buildings and restoration

Willingness to learn

Detail oriented

College degree and/or construction experience preferred

Valid drivers license and vehicle

Pay and responsibilities expected to grow with increased skills and experience.
