Managing associate at small and growing structural engineering firm specializing in building renovation, alteration, and historic preservation. Typical projects include structural investigation of existing conditions, stabilization of damaged buildings, design of additions and alterations, and facade restoration. Will report directly to firm principals and act as prime client contact on projects.

Requirements: eight to ten years of experience in structural analysis, design, detailing, and field investigation; five years in alteration, restoration, or preservation; basic familiarity with New York City Buiding Code. PE registration and drafting experience optional.
