WASA/Studio A, an established Architecture/Engineering firm seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with an interest in Architecture & Design to augment our Marketing group. As the mid-level Marketing Coordinator candidate you will assist the Director of Marketing in completing RFP / RFQ responses, government compliance documents, PowerPoint presentations and ancillary Marketing materials.

The ideal candidate must thrive in a deadline-based environment, and possess a keen eye for detail and graphic layout. This individual will contribute to the process of preparing proposals and qualifications submissions for a wide variety of A/E design projects, therefore previous experience in an Architecture or other professional services firm preferred, but not required.

This position requires strong graphic training and experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational, visual and communication skills. Flexibility with schedule regarding deadlines required.

Must be conversant in basic computer programs and have extensive experience with graphic design software, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (at the very least). Strong skills with regard to Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is an absolute requirement.
