Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project (HHCTCP) Section 106 Programmatic Agreement Project Manager (Kako'o), RFP-DTS-406803

The Rapid Transit Divison, Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu (the "City") plans to contract for Section 106 Programmatic Agreement Project Manager (Kako'o) Professional Services to assist the HHCTCP Team to Comply with Federal, State, and City laws, regulations, requirements, and other duties as described in the Request for Proposal.

The solicitation will be conducted in two (2) parts. Sealed submittals in response to RFP Part 1, Qualification Proposals, are due no later than 2:00 p.m. HST on June 20, 2011, at the Division of Purchasing, Dept. of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, 530 South King St., Rm. 115, Honolulu, HI 96813.
