The City of Lake Oswego is currently seeking a graduate student enrolled in an accredited program in historic preservation to assist with historical site Intensive Level Survey Work. The individual selected for the internship will report to the City’s preservation planner and work under the supervision of a professional historic preservation consultant.

Time Frame: We are looking for a part time intern from August through October. Please let us know if you are available by providing a Resume and class list related to survey work in an email or cover letter.

A successful candidate must be organized and detail- oriented with excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Applicant must be familiar with performing Reconnaissance Level Surveys, Intensive Level Surveys, determining National Register Status.
