PM Environmental, Inc is seeking entry to mid to senior level (8+ years experience) Brownfield Project Manager for Michigan with the option of either Lansing or Berkley office locations. Full-time position in Due Diligence services department.
- Minimum of 4 years of environmental consulting experience on Brownfield projects required.
- Must have extensive experience with Michigans Brownfield laws and incentives, and preparation of Brownfield plans, Act 381 work plans, and MBT credit application.
- Job description includes evaluation of Brownfields incentives, preparation of necessary plans, work plans, and applications.
- Strong verbal communication, writing and research skills required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
