The Richardson Center Development Corporation (RCDC) requests Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications for professional architectural and engineering services for the design of the Richardson Olmsted Complex Core Project, the adaptive use and historic rehabilitation into commercial uses of the Towers Administration Building (Building 45) and its immediate east and west ward buildings (Buildings 10 and 44), a portion of the National Historic Landmark former Buffalo State Asylum for the Insane in Buffalo, NY. The use of Buildings 12 and 43 is also a possibility. RCDC will contract using American Institute of Architects agreements. The Richardson Center Development Corporation will undertake a qualifications-based selection of one or more design teams for proposals for these services.
