Applicants shall be architects or intern architects with four to six years experience with a preservation/architecture degree. An advanced degree in preservation is positive. Applicants must be problem solvers with proven experience with façade investigations, research, report writing, masonry conservation/restoration, waterproofing, and roofing. Applicant must be proficient in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office applications. Strong construction document experience, field experience, and the ability to work independently are required for this position. NYC scaffolding certification and the ability to work in suspended scaffolding and aerial lifts is required.
