Since its founding in 1924, the Society has dedicated itself to the preservation of Texas history. The Society has a membership of over 2,500 men and women who concentrate on historic preservation, youth education on Texas heritage, and community activism in the strategic development of the city of San Antonio and the surrounding area. |

OUTREACH MANAGER: A new, full-time position, including benefits. This position will focus on expanding and fostering the Societys network of preservation stakeholders. Applicant must have strong organizational, writing, computer and social media skills, as well as knowledge of historic preservation tools. Professional or graduate degree in architecture, planning, historic preservation or related degree required. Experience in project management and fundraising is a plus. Knowledge of the San Antonio areas history and architecture preferred. See online job description on the Society's employment page for details. |
