Business/Marketing student needed to create a measurement model of
enrichment programs and workshops provided at Wiawaka Holiday House, a
wonderful and unique nonprofit retreat for women located on Lake George.
Work study will include creation and implementation of program
participation tracking methods, with an end of season analysis and report on
both the model and programs measured. The results will assist in improved
program development at Wiawaka, which is a critical component of the
marketing and strategic direction for Wiawaka making this role and work
central to its future growth and success.
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player (cooperative
and flexible). This is not just a desk job. Some hospitality and program
assistance will be required (setup and breakdown) as assigned by Director.
Will participate in weekly meetings with Executive Director.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access. Will learn to use
Constant Contact for email marketing response rate tracking.
Summer room and board on-site at Wiawaka provided. Student can
expect to work about 30-35 hours a week.
Position is for the beginning of June through August 2012 and
reports directly to Executive Director.
