TxDOT seeks experienced professional to provide high-level expertise and support for historic preservation-related transportation activities: provides project leadership and technical support for multi-disciplinary areas of complex environmental studies for transportation planning activities; develops and implements policy, procedures, guidance, and documents; demonstrates expert skill in researching, evaluating and interpreting complex information in writing and reviewing complex technical reports; assists with the planning and prioritizing of expenditures and contracting capacity. Work involves planning, directing and coordinating work activities to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Work requires a high degree of independent function and team leadership, as well as extensive contact with departmental managers, governmental agencies, special interest groups and private entities. |
