Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight of building maintenance, interior and exterior. with all work adhering to preservation guidelines. Included but not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Masonry
- Hardware
- Furniture and Fixtures
- Part time oversight of events and services.
- Part time support of AV for events and services.
- Part time support of evening events and services.
- Oversight of fire and life safety drills.
- Garden and lawn maintenance.
- Audio visual equipment set up, operation, and support.
- Part time support of front desk (opening/closing) as required.
- Oversight of special cleaning requirements for events, services.
- Equipment maintenance and care.
- Reporting required maintenance, which requires vendor action, to facilities managers.
- Support of outside vendors as required.
- Working knowledge of Parish Calendar scheduling program.
