Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversight of building maintenance, interior and exterior. with all work adhering to preservation guidelines. Included but not limited to:
  •        Carpentry
  •        Plumbing
  •        Painting
  •        Masonry
  •        Hardware
  •        Furniture and Fixtures
  • Part time oversight of events and services.
  • Part time support of AV for events and services.
  • Part time support of evening events and services.
  • Oversight of fire and life safety drills.
  • Garden and lawn maintenance.
  • Audio visual equipment set up, operation, and support.
  • Part time support of front desk (opening/closing) as required.
  • Oversight of special cleaning requirements for events, services.
  • Equipment maintenance and care.
  • Reporting required maintenance, which requires vendor action, to facilities managers.
  • Support of outside vendors as required.
  • Working knowledge of Parish Calendar scheduling program.
