We are seeking qualified candidates who have work experience demonstrating proven success in fundraising, organizational leadership, and both program and employee management.  The full-time ED reports to the Board of Directors and its President and oversees all aspects of program, finances and administration. As necessary, the ED is involved in appropriate aspects of specific programs, especially building community relations and reporting to funders. A dedicated and diverse team of volunteers and an involved Board of Directors works alongside the ED. Salary and benefits range from 38-50,000 with an employee benefits package.
