For five decades, the leaders of Kofile Preservation have assisted government organizations, municipalities, and private archives nationwide. We provide solutions to common issues involving preservation, conservation, encapsulation, binding, imaging, indexing, micrographics, and access. Projects range from one document, to thousands of volumes.

Dallas, TX

Currently looking for candidates for a Proposal Writer. The candidate would assist executives, Conservators, and Account Managers with proposals, condition assessments, quotes, marketing, research, conferences, etc. Projects are usually government bids designated for the preservation and digitization of archival records collections of paper, microfilm, photograph, and other media.


Candidates with the following strengths will be considered:

=Strong written and verbal communication, English, and Grammar skills.

=Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. 

=Attention to detail.

=Superior interpersonal skills. 

=Bachelors degree is required. 

=Master's is preferred, but not required.

=Graphic design skills are desired, but not required.

=Strong ability and experience formatting documents in Microsoft Word, MS Publisher, and MS Excel. 


The ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and work with short turnarounds and multiple deadlines is essential.
