As a Conservator (Architectural), GS-1001-11, with the National Park Service (NPS), your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Conducts all aspects of historic structure and monument documentation, which includes: researching, compiling, and evaluating primary and secondary archival documentation.

Conducts documentary research on historic structures and monuments.

Documents the location, historical development, condition, and management of historic and prehistoric structures to maintain List of Classified Structures.

Performs conditions investigation of historic structures and monuments.

This position is located within the Historic Structures Research & Documentation Branch of the Historic Architecture, Conservation & Engineering Center of Planning, Facilities and Conservation Assistance Directorate in the Northeast Region, duty stationed in Lowell, MA.
