The GS-13 salary range starts at $89,924.00 per year, if you meet the following qualifications. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must demonstrate, in their resume and responses to the vacancy questions that they meet the qualification requirements described below.

To qualify, you must demonstrate that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is providing expert technical guidance to ensure compliance with architectural conservation practices and programs including the National Historic Preservation Act, Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and National Register of Historic Places as they apply to historic buildings; developing and managing contracts for technical studies for or documentation of historic properties; management of design and/or construction projects requiring compliance with architectural conservation practices; and reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings.

NOTE: Qualifications are based on length and level of experience. Therefore, in addition to describing duties performed, applicants must provide the exact dates of each period of employment (from month/year to month/year) and the number of hours per week if part time. Qualification determinations cannot be made when resumes do not include the required information, so failure to provide this information may result in disqualification.
