*Administers and reviews projects qualifying for state and federal preservation tax incentives.

*Inspects projects and applications for compliance with preservation standards.

*Provides assistance to homeowners, architects, engineers, business owners, and others.

*Provides technical assistance to same.

*Promotes and provides outreach for programs adminsitered.
