Job Title:Research Intern


Location:Virtualcan work from anywhere with an internet connection


Salary:Unpaid; can be used for class credit if applicable

Term of Employment:06/01/2015 to 08/28/2015 (negotiable); extension optional


Hours:10-20 hours per week; fully flexible schedule


Reports To:Clint Tankersley, Executive Director


Job Summary:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to collect, analyze and categorize publications that relate to the economics of historic preservation. Most research will be conducted via online search engines; some library research may be required. Researchers may also be required to email or telephone government officials and other nonprofit contacts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program in Economics, Law, Heritage Preservation, Planning, Public Policy/Administration or related field.
