Skills/Qualifications Required: PA drivers license. Duties require evening and weekend work. Proficiency in various computer applications. Travel to all sections of the city. Completion of two years of course work at an accredited college or university. Ability to: Learn PPR Standard Guidelines (PPR Manual). Learn inspection methods and techniques. Learn how to identify hazards: electrical, plumbing and tripping. Conduct PPR facility inspections city-wide. Provide recommendations to facility staff on corrective actions based on the guidelines. Maintain records and prepare reports. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with PPR staff, partners and the public. Enter and retrieve data from a computer terminal. Present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
