Preferred credentials include:

-5 to 10 years of experience as an architectural historian

-Project experience with the Secretary of Interiors Standards for the treatment of Historic Properties and the Section 106 process

-Undergraduate or graduate degree in architectural history

-Experience with research for historic structures reports

-Experience navigating federal and local repositories

-Interested in participating in survey of historic structures

-Evidence of thorough documentation

-Strong writing skills

-Experience with tax credit applications is preferred

-Strong communications and organizational skills

-Collaborative personality to bring out the best in team situations

-Interested in learning and growing within the field of architectural preservation

-Permanent part-time position will be considered

-US citizen or permanent US resident
