Seeking historic preservationist to work on high quality rehabilitation projects statewide, doing Historic Preservation Tax Credit application work, documentation, National Register nominations, research, photography, and conditions assessments.  Candidate should have excellent writing skills, experience with NR nomination work, familiarity with historic resources and styles, enjoy working as part of a team, passionate about historic buildings and a good work ethic.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Historic Preservation or bachelor's/professional degree in architecture with emphasis in historic preservation.
