Job Brief: Staub Window Restorations, LLC is seeking a responsible office manager to coordinate, organize, and mantain all front office activities, operations, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while also maintaining great communication with other managers within the business. The ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse workforce.
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
††† Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence to project managers, designing/updating/maintaining filing systems, completing clerical functions
††† Maintain office efficiency and organization by planning and implementing office systems, procedures, layouts, and equipment procurement. Measuring efficiency results against standards; making necessary adjustments
††† Partner with Operations Manager to maintain office policies as necessary and keep management informed of progress, ideas, issues
††† Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
††† Provide general support to visitors (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, Walk-Ins, Clients, Potential Employees)
††† Work efficiently in both an independent and team environment
††† Communicate with managers and crew members about projects, clients, shipments and more
†††††† Proficiency in MS Office
†††††† Strong organization skills and attention to detail
†††††† Excellent written and verbal communication skills
†††††† Ability to prioritize work and ability to multi-task
Preferred skills:Knowledge of and experience with historic preservation and restoration practices, architecture, or carpentry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type: Part Time 20 hours per week, days/times negotiable.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is hourly based and commensurate with experience. 401k is optional after 6 months full time work.
Travel: Occasional errands for shop/office supplies; Gas will be reimbursed
