The Project Supervisor works as part of the Bagala Window Works team to bring commercial and residential restoration projects to successful completion. The Project Supervisor participates in window restoration processes and supervises a small crew in the shop and on site. In addition, the Project Supervisor manages individual project schedules and documents all phases of work. Successful Project Supervisors demonstrate an appreciation for quality, accuracy, and integrity.


Assists in the restoration of historic wood windows and doors.

Supervises and trains technicians in window and door restoration processes, including: paint and glazing removal, sash repair, glazing, painting, installation, and weather-stripping.

Manages a small team of technicians to complete multiple client projects within timelines of several weeks to several months.

Documents all phases of work and reports on project milestones. Communicates as needed with clients and contractors.


Ability to work cooperatively and work independently.

Demonstrated experience managing others.

Demonstrated experience in the window restoration trade, preservation carpentry, or historic building restoration.

Ability to manage time and tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills, including email and word processing skills.

Willingness to learn.

Basic hand tools and some specialty tools needed.

Ability to lift 50 pounds for 50 feet.

Valid drivers license. Job requires regular travel.

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and/or RRP Certification.

Project management experience.


Starting Pay: $15 $17/hr based on experience. Pay and responsibilities expected to grow with increased skills and experience.
