Hord Coplan Macht is looking to expand our preservation studio by hiring an energetic, passionate and technically-minded historic preservation architect. Our team is self-motivated and driven to preserve our local and national building treasures. We are looking for an individual who can assist us with historic structure assessments, writing grant applications, and technical historic preservation projects. Applicants must have thorough understand of the Secretary of the Interiors Standard for the Treatment of Historic Properties and a fundamental understanding of material conservation practice for masonry, wood frame and timber architecture. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-8 years of historic preservation experience in the architecture and/or construction industries. Strong computer skills are required including knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and all Microsoft Office programs.
