GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain project notebooks and documents

Project correspondence

Developing detailed CAD drawings/shop drawings for approval and fabrication

Maintain/coordinate communications through email and phone

Material research to assist with estimating and production

Assist with assessments and reports for preservation projects

Coordinate lien waivers, contracts, insurance paperwork and subcontractor records

Maintain project communication in CORECON software

 

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of 2D CAD to produce accurate shop drawings

Notary certification

Personal vehicle for errands
