Skelly and Loy, Inc. is looking for a mid-level Architectural Historian for projects located in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including but not limited to PA, WV, MD, and DE. Candidates must meet the Secretary of Interiors Professional Qualifications Standards for Architectural History or History. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience completing or reviewing Phase I/II historic resource surveys, determinations of eligibility and effect, and minimization and mitigation measures with either a cultural resources firm, architectural or engineering firm, state agency, and/or SHPO   Must also have intimate knowledge of American architectural styles and building types and of Section 106 of the NHPA. Mid-Atlantic experience is a plus.
