Foxfire is seeking interns for the summer of 2018 to assist in interpretation and research-based projects as part of larger grant-funded directives.

  • Duties

    • Intern duties will cover a range of topics and specific projects will be developed based on interns interests and institutional needs.

    • Primary responsibilities will include:

      • Historical research

      • Archival organization

      • Digitization of archival materials

      • Collections care

      • Museum interpretation and guided tours

      • Educational outreach

      • Historic preservation and building maintenance

      • Oral history

      • Community-based initiatives

      • Marketing and social media

  • Qualifications
