Well it is that time again for HPP, PSSO, CRP and Cornell alumni to take part in another Work Weekend. This is an annual gathering for students and alumni to conduct a hands-on approach to preservation at interesting places.

This is an inquiry into possible ideas for this years upcoming event. If anyone knows of continuing or upcoming preservation projects and contacts for this spring, please respond.

The time frame for our availability is towards the end of March and the beginning of April, 2010. In past years, Work Weekends have taken place at Eastern State Penitentiary, St. Roch Market, Ellis Island and more recently Liberia Plantation in Manassas, Va.

The work labor in past years has been between 20 and 30 people.
